When a brand new company offers a completely novel service to an extremely limited number of people, the last thing they need is a general awareness campaign.

Enjoy is that type of company. The latest brainchild of Ron Johnson, Enjoy Experts hand-deliver and set up some of the world’s best products, from Apple TVs to GoPro cameras. It’s essentially the Genius Bar showing up at your house and not leaving until everything is perfect.

As a start-up, Enjoy needed a brand voice and content to help explain to puzzled consumers how such an amazing service could be free. Videos replaced traditional FAQs and helped explain exactly what you got with every Expert visit.   

Fortunately, consumers don’t make a decision on WHAT to buy based on delivery options, so Enjoy left the expensive product advertising in the capable hands and deep pockets of its partner brands.

What Enjoy did need was strategic help in identifying and making the tools to help their partners understand and leverage Enjoy’s exclusive service.
